Chilli Sauce
Makes 6 x 200ml bottles of chilli sauce.
Only 6 ingredients!
2 Cups-Serenade Chili Peppers
2 Tablespoons-Roasted Garlic
0.5 Cup-Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons – Cane Sugar
1.5-Cup Water
1 Teaspoon-Salt
Preparation
1. Add to pot:
"• Chilly Peppers-Wash, remove stems, open and remove seeds. Cut them into small pieces. Add some seeds back for texture."
• Vinegar
• Garlic-Cut into small pieces
• Cane Sugar
• Salt
2. Bring to boil. Stir ocasionaly. Cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
3. Blend smoot with blender or crush chillies through metal strainer.
Eat fresh or store in fridge.
